I’m the Co-Founder of Music First, with over 20 years’ experience in the music travel industry. I learned the ropes early on while touring with some of the world’s biggest artists – an experience that shaped how I approach the business today. Along the way, I worked extensively across the Asia-Pacific and American markets before returning home to set up Music First. What started in 2023 as a two-person operation with Frankie and a small group of loyal clients has grown into what I’m incredibly proud to say is one of the best teams in the industry. Today, we support our clients’ touring needs across the globe, combining deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for live music and great partnerships.
With over 10 years in the travel and music industries, I still bring the energy to touring. After graduating in Travel and Tourism in 2015, I joined a global TMC academy and quickly found myself supporting major international tours. I went on to become a Senior Touring Specialist, managing large-scale global events – including some unforgettable projects in Saudi Arabia, where I gained valuable insight into client challenges and the importance of collaboration. In 2023, I teamed up with Dan to become Operations Manager at Music First, and together we built the wonderful Touring Department, ensuring our expert team deliver our clients a reliable, stress-free service wherever the music takes them.
I’ve spent over 15 years in the touring world, and I still get a real buzz from it. I’ve worked with incredible artists and built strong relationships with Tour Managers by understanding exactly what they need – no request is too crazy in this world, and yes, I’ve seen some wild riders! At Music First, I focus on building partnerships and connecting clients with entertainment-friendly suppliers who truly get the realities of touring life and helping our team deliver a first-class service every time. I love being at a gig and knowing we’ve helped everything run smoothly so our clients can focus on what they do best: perform.
I’m Cath (definitely not Cathy!) and I’ve been with Music First since 2023, with 27 years of experience as a tour travel agent and counting… I’ve seen the industry transform – no more handwritten airline tickets and Tippex! and I still absolutely love what I do. Over the years, I’ve been out on numerous tours with artists, so understand the complexities of life on the road and have collected stories along the way (most of which are reserved for an autobiography I may or may not ever get around to writing). When I’m not working, you’ll find me living life by the sea in Brighton with my partner Gabbie and our pug, Tina “Toofy” Turner.
I started my travel journey with Music First in 2023, as Music First’s first Travel Coordinator and helped shape the role from the ground up. Working in such a fast-paced industry, I quickly built my knowledge and experience, and today, as a Music Travel Specialist, I have the privilege of managing tours independently for everyone, from global superstars to industry legends. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing clients perform live and knowing I’ve helped make those moments happen. There’s nothing quite like the energy of live music.
I’ve been working in the music and touring world since 2019, a journey that keeps evolving every day. I have been fortunate enough to support on tours of all shapes and sizes – from intimate gigs to arena shows; helping keep the chaos under control! I’m passionate about live music and turning even the trickiest logistics into something that looks effortless.

As a Music Travel Specialist, I help bring tours to life for a variety of incredible artists. If it involves complex logistics, moving people around the globe, and great music, I’m your go-to person – making sure everything stays on track while the show goes on!
I’m a Music Travel Specialist at Music First, working with tour managers to make travel as smooth and stress-free as possible for artists performing around the world. I joined in 2024 as a Music Travel Coordinator and was promoted to my current role only a year later. Before stepping into touring travel, I worked in hotel group sales, meetings, and events, which gave me a strong grounding in logistics and client service. I’ve always loved travel, and it didn’t take long for me to fall for the energy and excitement of touring. I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and helping artists and crews enjoy every moment on the road.
After nearly a decade in entertainment travel, joining Music First in 2025 was a perfect fit for me. I first discovered the world of music travel at university (while studying something completely different!), and quickly realised I could combine two of my biggest passions: travel and music. I started out supporting brilliant agents and their globetrotting touring artists, learning the ins and outs of complex logistics and life on the road. Now part of the amazing Music First team I help keep tours organised, moving, and on track as they travel the world. A proud ’90s kid, I thrive in the fast pace of touring and love knowing I play a part in making the shows happen.
I’ve been in the travel industry since 2022, starting as an Apprentice at Hays Travel, where I learned the essentials of travel operations and client service. Now at Music First as a Music Travel Coordinator, I keep tours running smoothly and support our Travel Specialists with all the planning and logistics. I love knowing that the work I do helps tours and shows come together – and there’s nothing quite like being part of the magic of live music.
